RECLAIMED EMPIRE FIR
NEW FACE
RECLAIMED COLLECTION
Empire Fir is sourced from industrial buildings across the Hudson Valley and the Capital Region. Though native to the Cascade Mountains of the Pacific Northwest, Douglas Fir was transported to the east coast on the Pacific Railroad in the early 1870s. Tall and majestic, these evergreens can reach heights of over 300 feet with gigantic width. Now antique and reclaimed, our Empire Fir timbers are as wide as 18” and as long as 20’ with a uniform appearance, a warm reddish hue, and a striking grain pattern.
