Threshing is a long historic agrarian process where wheat was separated from the chafe. Most often, the farmer used his oxen and cattle to tread repeatedly over the crop to accelerate the separation. The process leaves the wide floor with a rugged character. The sheer size, patina, and rugged character provide an unique offering.
